Family and friend portraits are important too - they show who was there that day, in a straightforward way. While we believe in the important of "personality" images and real, as-is storytelling, we'll always say yes to requests for formal/smiling at the camera portraits.

We're masters of making any family/friend images go by quickly - often just taking a few minutes of the day and moving on back to the party.

When building collections, we don't set a specific number of "hours" that you have to assign throughout the day. Rather, we'll talk about what parts of the day are important to have photographed, and we make sure your coverage spans these events. There is a maximum number of consecutive hours (12) but most event days span 7-10 hours. 

When you reach out, I'll create a custom collection for you based on your needs, current timeline, and other information to make sure photography and/or videography will be present for all of your most cherished parts of your event.

With friends, family, peers, and connections all across the midwest, I frequently photograph marriages in the Duluth, MSP Metro, Madison, and greater Chicago areas. I've been lucky enough to photograph sessions and events from coast to coast, and created a travel radius to make it happen for you!

5. Can we see a full wedding gallery?

Of course, yes!

For privacy reasons I don't have public access on this website to private events, but in response to your inquiry I'll happily provide galleries that would be similar to your venue, lighting situation, location, etc. Then you can see how all of the images tell incredibly emotional stories, alongside a handful of formal portraits as well.

Probably! In the past, I've made a lot of accommodations for specific situations. Here's a few things I've worked with couples on in the past and provided custom quotes or modifications:

* Black and white editing only (no color images)
* No Editing
* Splitting coverage over multiple days
* Last minute elopements and event changes
* Full internet privacy
* NDAs and other agreements

These requests are on a case by case basis, but most requests can be accommodated.
