It seems to me that so many couples who had been together for years chose to get married in 2020 – and then subsequently could actually have weddings in 2021.

Kaitlyn and Luke have been together since middle school, which is an insane feat. And when through the postponements and the changes they were able to host their event, their families were ecstatic. And their friends too.

Some key moments? Kaitlyn putting on her dress, and the exclamation from friends, “that was MADE for you!”. A first look with dad that turned into a family hug. Private vows during the first look between Kaitlyn and Luke. Post-ceremony group hugs and tears in the hallway. A private cake cutting away from onlookers. And so much more.
