Kathy and Nathan knew what they wanted.

They knew they wanted to throw this incredible party, but that they wanted to experience it too. They knew they wanted beautiful, candid wedding photographs, but didn’t want to spend any length of time doing posed images.

And we were the perfect fit.

The Delafield Hotel made a perfect backdrop for this emotional, classic, experience driven event. They danced. Went up to the Bell Tower. They cried at speeches and went wild with an accordion. Everything about their event was centered around them, and their people.

A few favorite moments? Kathy, showing her dad a charm of her grandma, attached to her bouquet, just moments before they walked down the aisle. Nathan high-fiving her dad upon arrival. A guest gasping at the arrival of cocktails. A surprise Polish sing-along. Kathy using her dress to wipe away tears. Shooting disposable cameras for parts of the reception and falling in love with weddings on film. And more – so much more.
