Anna + Chance were finally able to have their party.

Their initial wedding plans were designed for June 2020 – but obviously things changed. While they originally weren’t going to get married until they could throw their party, they ultimately decided to elope the day after their original wedding date. They brought just enough people to make it legal and did a little elopement right on the shores of Lake Superior.

But the party was still important to them. They finally felt ready to host their reception in September of 2021 – and it was an incredible party.

Anna’s parents backyard created the perfect location to gather all of the people they love. They held a cocktail hour in front of the gorgeous house, and hosted dinner + dancing under a tent by the lake.

The weather was absolutely perfect, but even more so, getting to celebrate was exactly what they hoped for.

Moments to look for? Anna doing Chance’s hair (again!). The joy during cocktail hour from adults and kids alike. Toasts that resulted in huge laughs and meaningful hugs. A surprise guest during the first dance. And more – so much more.
