When designing sessions, the first thing I ask couples is, “what looks and feels like you?”

And Ann Marie and Jacques knew right away – hanging out, cocktails in hand.

They designed their session around their first date location – Vikre Distillery, in Duluth, MN. Ann Marie drove 5 hours from Madison to meet Jacques in his hometown of Duluth, and it was fated after that.

Years later, they met up with me to do it all over again.

Moments to look for? The look of joy upon arrival of the first cocktail. So much laughter among conversation. A surprise dog friend. Exploring the bridge. More laughter. Shopping. And more – so much more.
